When Tenera was approached to provide specifications for a balcony waterproofing project at a low-rise residential building located on Victoria Rd. N in Guelph, our team of specialists provided the application design keeping in mind project characteristics and requirements. This project started with the first phase of the entire scope — nine balconies of twelve. Polyaspartic Membrane Application: Finally, a polyaspartic membrane was applied to provide a robust, waterproof barrier. This coating not only enhances the durability of the balcony surfaces but also ensures long-lasting protection against water ingress.
