Boris Gopka
Chief Executive Officer
Boris pairs hands-on construction and building-maintenance expertise — he lectured at the Toronto Society of Architects on reading concrete damage — with years spent building software and running technology companies. He leads Tenera to give field engineers their evenings back.

Ben Morris
Chief Technology Officer
Ben joined Tenera in 2021 as its founding engineer and now leads the engineering team and its AI systems. Before that, he spent three years at Amazon on the Alexa AI and orchestration teams, building large-scale AI systems in production.

Daisy brings over 15 years in sales and business strategy, building partnerships with institutions like University Health Network and William Osler Health System and growing revenue well past target. She leads sales and corporate development, and helps firms figure out whether Tenera fits the way they work.
