ISSUE SUBMISSION
Each client receives personalised QR codes to be placed around the building to facilitate reporting a visible issue. One quick scan opens a form that allows you to submit pictures, measurements, and a brief description of the problem. This data is immediately available in our Tenera Inspections app, which allows for quick estimates to be provided on the day the issues are submitted.
MAINTENANCE REPORT SUBMISSION
QR codes can also be used for submitting a report on any maintenance performed, for instance regular work done for pool upkeep. A simple scan will open a format that will allow the user to enter all the pertinent data: cleaning, chemical balancing, filter maintenance, water level management, equipment inspection, and safety checks.
REPAIR HISTORY RETRIEVAL WITH NFC CODES
When maintenance or repairs are performed in a building, our client can receive NFC codes to access this information. An NFC sticker will be placed at every location where work was performed. One tap will open the repair history on the user’s phone. It is a discreet way of accessing info, since the stickers can be painted over.
