We prepare very specific tendering packages, outlining the work scope in detail, specifying work types and materials to be used by a contractor.
PROJECT TENDERING & SUPERVISION
If requested, we can do project tendering, and supervise the work done by the contractor chosen by our client, certifying it at the end of the project.
REPORTING
Once the project is complete, we will generate a detailed report to be sent to the Board of Directors and/or City Officials, as applicable, outlining all the work performed.

OUR APPROACH
ISSUE / CAUSE
Aging and weather will cause concrete surfaces to crack, allowing water from the environment to penetrate a parking garage. Podiums roofs too are vulnerable; when a waterproofing membrane fails, leaking will occur through the expansion joints and cracks in their surface.
If left unaddressed, over time these issues can worsen significantly, leading to more extensive repairs which carry a higher cost and longer closures.

A typical work scope in parking garages may include crack repair, patching, column restoration, expansion joint injection, ledge beam repair, and traffic coating (installation or repair)
DESIGN DOCUMENT
After all the issues are collected – including measurements and photos – this information is entered into our TeneraPro app. Work types and materials are specified, resulting in a detailed design document which can be used as part of the tender package to be sent out to contractors.
CERTIFYING COMPLETON
Application designs and materials specified by Tenera ensure lasting concrete repair and waterproofing results. Industrial-grade products allow for extensive crack repair and patch installation of varying thickness (slope correction can be done).
Traffic surfaces – asphalt, mastic, and concrete – can be repaired or installed.

Tenera also designs applications for ledge beam repair and waterproofing, and expansion joint injection (walls, floor, and ceilings, including joints located in podium roofs)

GARAGE FLOOR EPOXY
Epoxy coating offers a range of benefits, from a good-looking glossy finish to a durable surface which works perfectly as traffic coating.

For proper installation, concrete garage flooring must be completely dry and not have been treated with a concrete sealer. If the floor is painted with polyurethane or latex paints, those must be removed to apply the garage floor epoxy coating properly.
